Do I need an account to inquire about a vehicle?
No. Anyone can search and send an inquiry without signing up. Only rental companies need an account to list their fleet.

Does Interpatagonia Rent a Cars rent the vehicles itself?
No. We're a directory connecting travelers with rental companies. The rental agreement, insurance and vehicle conditions are always between you and the company, not us.

How do I pay for the booking?
You coordinate directly with the company, however they accept payment (transfer, cash, card). Interpatagonia Rent a Cars does not process payments between you and the company.

What if I have a problem, an accident or a fine during the rental?
Since the agreement is between you and the company, any claim, accident or fine is resolved directly with them — they hold the vehicle's insurance policy. See details in our Terms and Conditions.

What do I need to rent a vehicle?
It varies by company: minimum driver age, whether a credit card is required as a deposit, and required paperwork. The main ones show on each vehicle's listing, and the company confirms the rest when you inquire.

How do I pick up and return the vehicle?
You coordinate it directly with the company: pickup location and time, mileage and fuel policy are set by each company, not the platform.

Register your company, list your vehicles with real photos and details, and keep your insurance and paperwork up to date — that's what you agree to in our Terms and Conditions when you sign up.

How much does it cost to list my company?
Nothing to list. We charge a 10% commission on bookings confirmed from a platform inquiry.
